How long does the water last in the reservoir?

Depending on plant type, size, and room conditions, the reservoir can keep plants watered for 7–14 days on average. The transparent base lets you easily check water levels at a glance.

Do I need to water from the top at all?

When using for the first time, we recommend thoroughly watering the soil from above after planting to activate the water absorption system. After that, simply top up the water when the level in the bottom reservoir gets too low.

Can I use these planters outdoors?

While designed primarily for indoor use, they work well in covered outdoor spaces like patios or balconies. Keep them away from direct heavy rain, as excess water can overflow the reservoir and cause root rot.

Do these pots have drainage holes?

The inner planting pot features drainage holes to let excess water flow into the reservoir, preventing waterlogging and root rot. The outer reservoir holds the excess water safely, so there’s no mess or leaking on your surfaces.

What size should I choose for my plant?

Please choose a pot that is 1–2 inches larger than the plant’s current root ball. Our multi-packs (4/5/6 inches) are suitable for most small to medium-sized indoor plants.
