Can this shoe bench hold boots?

Yes. The side shelves are adjustable to 3 heights. For tall boots, just raise or remove the shelves to create taller spaces.

What kind of family is this good for?

Great for families with multiple people or lots of shoes. It holds 8-12 pairs of shoes (depending on the model) and fits well in closet, entryway, living room, mudroom, or hallway.

What men’s shoe size can each compartment fit?

US size 12 and below fit perfectly. For size 13, most sneakers and casual shoes fit, but bulky boots may be tight. We recommend checking your shoe length against the 11.8″ deep compartment.

Is the cushion removable and machine washable?

Yes. The cushion is removable — just don’t attach the Velcro strips, or peel them off the cushion after installation. The zippered cover is also removable and machine washable for easy cleaning.
