How do I set it up?
1. Wash the pitcher thoroughly.
2. Soak the filter for 10 minutes before use.
3. Insert filter, fill with tap water, and discard the first filtered batch.

Why is my first batch of water gray or black?
That’s harmless carbon dust from the plant-based filter. Discard the first batch, and you’re good to go.
How long does the filter last?
Each Filter lasts up to 60 gallons (about 3 months) and replaces over 450 plastic bottles.
Does this include the UV-C light (PureVis technology)?
No. This model uses Nano Zero filtration only and does not include UV-C self-cleaning technology.
